MURAL & SCENIC PAINTING
I have worked on a number of projects where I have been able to work on a large scale. Working big means I have to think about the space my work is going to inhabit and how my designs will translate to a large scale.
I designed a number of scenes for a traveling arts company called LADA based in Lincoln. I worked with the director to get a feel of the mood he wanted to create for each scene and the overall aesthetic that was in keeping with the whole of the pantomime. I worked from initial sketches right through to painting up the final sets.
A health and beauty space wanted a graffiti style mural of their new class name Boo’s Boogie bounce for a workout space. The mural needed to be temporary and colourful. I worked on sourcing chalks and pastel to get intense colours that can also be removed.
Working with a Local accounting firm to design a mural to showcase their work ideals and ethics to employees and clients. The design needed to be commercially suited to their corporate environment and in keeping with their brand colour scheme.
